Returns Policy
We offer returns within 20 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Please contact us before starting a return.
Used items, like partially burned candles, are not eligible for returns.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived, check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If there are still issues, let us know.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to request an exchange.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanged items vary based on location.
