We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Please contact us before starting a return.
Used items, like partially burned candles, are not eligible for returns.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds
